The new system should therefore be able to support a broad and varied user group and offer effective and easy-to-use support for both experienced and infrequent users. For users, the system should facilitate and streamline both the budget registration process and the follow-up processes. The agreement constitutes a delivery, right of use and cooperation agreement including terms for support and maintenance. Maintenance includes access to new versions. The license for the right of use includes a non-exclusive, unlimited in time, municipal license for the required solution. The agreement runs from the date of signing for 2 years (24 months).
