• In the menu selection there are the choices: autotelephone operator, error reporting service via voice provider, alternatively
to be linked to group numbers at service centers. There is an overflow possibility
to external call center. No calls are forwarded by operators. • SMS function
for outgoing messages via the case system Artvise. • There are five group numbers
on different administrations in the organization. These are reached by calling the respective group number

takes place via the operator's web portal. • There are four fax numbers at Telenor which
are forwarded from analogue numbers (Telia). 2.2.2 City of Vaxholm • Call in to
main number goes via menu selection and there are 2 choices, auto operator or the switchboard. The telephone operators
forwards the calls. There is an overflow option to an external call center.
• SMS function via the operator interface. • There are 2 group numbers accessed through direct dialing
or that the operators connect. • The administration of menu selections, group numbers, agents,
subscription and calendar connection takes place via the operator's web portal. 2.2.3 Värmdö municipality
The municipality has a robot ("Alex Alexandra") that the municipality has developed and which syncs
data between Telenor My company and Artvise case management system. About a telecom administrator
