According to the quantity, technical specifications and contractual conditions that can be obtained in the building of the Directorate of the institution located in the countryside of Damascus - al - Hamama-phone (3233951) fax /3233967/ P.B / 2330 / which can be obtained for the payment of its value of / 25000 / L.O only twenty-five thousand Syrian pounds, not only taking into account the application of Law No. 1 dated 20/3/2023, which includes the amendment of some articles of Legislative Decree No. 44 of 2005 on stamp duty .
- Bids are submitted in two closed envelopes and placed in a third envelope entitled in the name of the institution, on which the subject of the tender and the date specified for the dismissal of bids are written to the tender committee until the end of the official working day of Thursday, 31/8/2023, and are organized in accordance with the provisions of Article (35) of Resolution No. 13007 /dated 28/11/2022, which includes the procurement and sales work system of the Defense laboratories institution and in accordance with Article/6/of the book of legal and financial conditions No. 18 /dated 29/3/ 2023 issued by the foundation.
