B-bids shall be submitted to the contracts and tenders committee within three closed envelopes (technical offer envelope – financial offer envelope – proof papers envelope) and shall be placed within a fourth envelope entitled On behalf of the Armed Forces signal department and the subject of the request for bids shall be written on it until the Fourteenth hour of Sunday, 29/10/2023, and shall be organized in accordance with the provisions of Article/35 /of Law No. 2/ dated 1/3/2022 on contracts of the Ministry of Defense and its amendments. with tender notice no. 183490 published on 09 Oct 2023.
