Ministry of Local Administration and Environment Second Invitation to Tender: The Ministry of Local Administration and Environment wishes to conduct a second tender for the preparation of an integrated environmental land use planning study and the establishment of a geographic information system (GIS) in the Qaniطرة Governorate, in accordance with the legal, financial, and technical specifications, subject to the following: The offer is non-divisible. Security deposit: 50,000 Syrian pounds. Final security (10%) of the award value. Duration of the offer and the candidate's offer, as per Article (3) of the legal and financial specifications. Implementation period: five months (calendar). Late fee: two thousand Syrian pounds for each day of delay. Tenders to be accepted until the end of official working hours on Monday, 18-10-2026. Tenders to be accepted until 10:00 AM on Monday, 19-10-2026. The legal, financial, and technical specifications may be inspected at the Ministry of Legal Affairs and Contracts Department for a fee of 4,000 Syrian pounds (four thousand Syrian pounds) to be paid at the Central Treasury (84667).
