Those wishing to participate in the tender can review the books of legal, financial and technical conditions and the schedule of quantities at the office of the Contracts and Tenders Committee of the Military Medical Services Administration / Damascus - Barzet Al-Balad - next to Tishreen Military Hospital. Obtaining the books of legal, financial and technical conditions and the schedule of quantities, starting from the day following the date of the first publication of the advertisement, in exchange for payment of their value amounting to /5000/SYP only, five thousand Syrian pounds only, and /100,000/SYP only one hundred thousand Syrian pounds. Request to participate in the tender. Bids are submitted in two sealed envelopes and placed in a third envelope addressed to the name of the party in need, with the subject of the tender written on it and the date of opening of the offers sealed to the Contracts and Tenders Committee until twelve o’clock noon on Saturday, date: 10/28/2023 AD, and the offers are delivered by hand. Or sent by registered mail. Bids are organized in accordance with the provisions of Article 19 of Law No. 2 dated 2/1/2022 regarding Ministry of Defense contracts.
