The term of the contract/ 120 / calendar days starts from the day after the delivery of the work site The tender is conducted in accordance with the unified public entities contracts system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the general conditions Book issued by Legislative Decree No. 450 of 2004, and in accordance with the special technical conditions book and the special legal and financial conditions book, and the bidder is considered familiar with the project according to the following conditions Estimated disclosure value: (174.447.000) L.O only one hundred and seventy-four million four hundred and forty-seven thousand Syrian pounds only Initial guarantees: (5%) of the estimated disclosure value is valid until the end of the exhibitor's engagement with the offer Final insurances: (10 %) of the contract value Delay penalties: (0,001) of the total contracted value for each day of delay Duration of the bidder's engagement: (60) days from the date of submission of bids The duration of the nominated contractor's commitment to his offer :(180) days from the day following the date of notification of the referral order All expenses, taxes, fees and all expenses resulting from the contract, including the fees for publishing the advertisement and the stamp fee on both copies of the contract, are the responsibility of the contractor.
