The initial insurances shall be provided to the order of the Ministry of Justice either in cash in the trust account at the Central Treasury at the Ministry of Finance, under a bank guarantee or a certified check issued by one of the resident banks approved by the competent public authorities in the Arab Republic Syrian
Final insurance: 10% of the referral
value Delay fine: (0.001) one per thousand for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed (20%) of the contract
value Implementation period: /130/ one hundred and thirty days only from the day following The contractor shall be notified of the letter of the commencement
