According to the quantity, technical specifications and contractual conditions that can be obtained in the building of the Directorate of the institution located in the countryside of Damascus - Al-Hama, telephone (3233951) fax / 3233967 / P.O. Box / 2330 / which can be obtained against payment of its value of / 25000 / SYP only twenty-five thousand Syrian pounds only. Taking into account the application of what was stated in Law No. 1 dated 20/3/2023, which includes the amendment of some articles of Legislative Decree No. 44 of 2005 related to stamp duty.
- Bids shall be submitted in two sealed envelopes and placed in a third envelope entitled in the name of the institution and on which the subject of the tender and the date specified for the opening of the bids shall be written to the Tender Committee until the end of the official working hours on Tuesday, 12/9/2023 AD, and it is organized in accordance with the provisions of paragraph / second / of Article (11) of Resolution No. / 13007 / dated 28/11/2022 AD, which includes the procurement and sales work system of the Defense Laboratories Corporation, and in accordance with Article / 6 / of the legal and financial conditions book No. / 33 / dated 15/5/2023 AD issued by the institution.
