The submitted materials must meet the required specifications and conditions set forth in the book of conditions and technical specifications

This is after paying the price of the file (15000) SP only fifteen thousand Syrian pounds, nothing else in the general central treasury account opened at the Central Bank of Syria under No. 2501/23, according to a financial receipt submitted with the technical and financial offer. The technical and financial offers are submitted to the Contracts and Tenders
Committee Within three closed envelopes, and these envelopes are placed in a fourth envelope entitled in the name of the Vehicles Department, and on it is written the subject of the request for offers and the date specified for the closing of offers, provided that it reaches the Department within a maximum period of the end of the official working hours from (Saturday) on 9/16/2023 AD and is organized in accordance with the provisions of Article (35) of Law No. (2) of 2022 A.D.
Any offer submitted after this date will be rejected, and any offer whose basic identification documents are incomplete will not be accepted. The
