The submitted materials must meet the required specifications and conditions set out in the terms and conditions book. Those wishing to participate in the request for proposals who meet the conditions contained in the legal and financial conditions book 0 can obtain documents related to the request for proposals from the Contracts and Tenders Committee in the Vehicles Department (Damascus - Dimas - Military Driving School - Tel: (3213021 - 3933204). After paying the price of the file (15000) SYP only fifteen thousand Syrian pounds only in the account of the General Central Treasury opened at the Central Bank of Syria under No. 2501/23, according to a financial receipt submitted with the technical and financial offer Technical and financial offers shall be submitted to the Contracts and Tenders Committee within three sealed envelopes, and these envelopes shall be placed in a fourth envelope entitled in the name of the Vehicles Department, on which the subject of the request for tenders and the date specified for the resolution of bids shall be written, provided that they reach the Department within a maximum period of the end of the official working hours from (Saturday) on 11/11/2023 AD and are organized in accordance with the provisions of Article (35) of Law No. (2) of 2022 AD.
