Obtaining the books of legal, financial and technical conditions and the schedule of quantities as of the day following the date of the first publication of the announcement for payment of its value of/5000/L0 only five thousand Syrian pounds and /100000/ L.O only one hundred thousand Syrian pounds request to participate in the tender.
