1-place of work : the building of the Directorate of publishing and publications .
2-required works: cleaning the publishing and publications Directorate building consisting of the following floors ( basement – ground – first – second – third – fourth – fifth – surface ) with all offices, corridors, windows, walls, halls, garden, drawers, laundries and toilets .
3-temporary insurances: the exhibitor offers temporary insurances worth / 10.000.000 / L.X only ten million Syrian pounds .
4-final insurances: / 10% / of the referral value .
5-fines for delays : / 0,001 /, one thousandth of the total value for each day of delay .
6-execution period: calendar year, starting from the day following the date of notification of the direct written order .
7 - the period of the bidder's engagement with his offer : / 45 / days, forty-five calendar days starting from the day following the end date of the submission of offers .
8 - the duration of the nominated contractor's commitment to his offer : / 30 / days, only thirty calendar days starting from the day following the date of notification of the assignment to him in writing
9 - place of presentation of presentations: Bureau of the Directorate of publishing and publications .
