- Execution period / 360 / days from the date of the direct order

- The period of the nominated exhibitor's engagement with his offer / 160 / days from the day following the date of notification of the transfer of the pledge to him in writing
Presentations will be submitted to the Institute's office until the Fourteenth hour and a half of Sunday / the date of the 10 / 9/ 2023 offers will be cancelled the day after the end of the submission of offers
The offers shall be submitted in three envelopes, which shall be placed in a fourth sealed envelope entitled with the name of the entity specified in the announcement and the subject of the request for proposals shall be written on it according to the following
1-the first envelope contains the initial identification papers and insurances
2. the second envelope contains the technical display
3-the third envelope contains the financial offer
