Within two closed envelopes and placed in a third envelope addressed with the name of the party having the need and written on it the subject of the tender and the date of opening the offers sealed to the Contracts and Tenders Committee until twelve noon on Sunday date: 9/17/2023 AD and the offers are delivered by hand or sent By secured mail, offers are organized in accordance with the provisions of Article /19/ of Law No. /2/ dated 1/2/2022 regarding contracts of the Ministry of Defense.
