Al-Sham private university announces its desire to announce a tender for health insurance including (faculty members, administrative staff, students) at al-Sham private university, in accordance with the legal, financial and technical conditions Book prepared for this purpose and the instructions issued by the insurance supervision authority, and according to the following
- Primary insurances: exempt from primary insurances
- Final insurances are exempt from Final insurances
- Contract term and start of execution: the contract starts from the date the insurance company insures the first payment of the names of the persons whom the University wishes to insure
- The period of the bidder's engagement with his offer: (45) days starting from the day following the expiration of the deadline for submitting offers or any extension agreed upon, and the nominated contractor remains engaged with his offer for (45) days starting from the day following the notification of the referral decision
- Delay penalty (0.001) one thousand for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed 20% of the total value of the contract
- The contractor shall bear all taxes and fees arising from the execution of the contract
- The strike can be viewed and obtained from the Directorate of legal affairs and contracts at the central administration of the University
