Prices will be submitted until the end of the official working day on Sunday, corresponding to 11/5/ 2023 and will be closed on Monday, 11/6/2023, according to the following: Project name Duration of work implementation Initial insurance Comprehensive system for automating the work and services of Aleppo City Council - First phase 60 days 90,000,000 SYP The duration of the nominated contractor’s commitment to his offer is 150 one hundred and fifty days From the date he is informed of the referral in writing and that the duration of the bidder’s commitment to his offer is /30/thirty days. Final guarantees: 10% ten percent of the value of the referral. Delay fine: 0.001 one per thousand of the total value of the contract for each day of delay. The guarantee period is one full year from the date of issuance of the provisional receipt report - in case If the offer includes partners, all of these partners must submit interim and final deposits among themselves - The nominated contractor must pay the final deposits for the project within a maximum period of (15) fifteen days from the date he is notified of the referral in writing, without the need to warn him, under penalty of confiscation of the initial deposits. The offers are submitted to the Bureau . The year is headed by the Aleppo City Council in the municipal palace, within a large envelope on which is written the name of the bidder and the subject of the request for offers.
