Those wishing to participate in this tender must review the books of general and special conditions (legal, financial, and technical) as of 8:00 p.m. On the morning of Tuesday, 9/5/2023 AD, until 14:00 noon on Thursday, 9/21/2023 AD, those wishing to obtain a copy of the books of conditions upon payment of their value amounting to (5,000) SYP from the Chairman of the Contracts and Tenders Committee The financial offers and supporting documents shall be submitted together in two sealed envelopes, and these two envelopes shall be placed in a third envelope on which shall be written the subject of the tender + the day and date of the tender session, until 14:00 noon on Thursday, September 21, 2023 AD, and initial deposits of 990,000/- only nine hundred and ninety-nine shall be attached to them. Only Syrian pounds can be submitted by check or bank guarantee. Any insurance that is not officially certified is not accepted. The application for subscription is submitted with a financial stamp of 1,500 Syrian pounds attached to it + 300 Syrian pounds for war effort + 200 Syrian pounds for a martyr’s stamp. The tender session will be held at 10:00 am . On Tuesday , August 26, 2023 AD, in the Armament Department Building - Contracts and Tenders Office. The final deposits are determined at 10% of the referral value.
