Bids shall be submitted in two sealed envelopes and placed in a third envelope entitled to the name of the party in need, on which the subject of the tender shall be written, and the date of the opening of the bids shall be sealed to the Contracts and Tenders Committee until twelve o'clock in the afternoon on Wednesday, date: 4/10/2023 AD, and the offers shall be received by hand or sent by guaranteed mail. The bids shall be organized in accordance with the provisions of Article 19 of Law No. 2 dated 1/2/2022 on contracts of the Ministry of Defense.
