Bids are submitted in three sealed envelopes, and these envelopes are placed in a fourth envelope addressed to the name of the entity specified in the advertisement, and on it is written the subject of the request for bids, sealed to the Contracts and Tenders Committee until two o’clock in the afternoon on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 AD, and the bids are delivered by hand or Sent by registered mail. Bids are organized in accordance with the provisions of Article 35 of Law No. 2 dated 2/1/2022 regarding Ministry of Defense contracts..
