In support of the provisions of the unified contract system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004, the General Organization of Civil Aviation announces an internal solicitation procedure with a sealed envelope to implement the rehabilitation and modernization of the computer control system of the protocol building at Damascus International Airport, according to the technical, legal and financial special conditions Book prepared for this purpose as follows
- Temporary insurance /37500000 / LX only thirty-seven million and five hundred thousand Syrian pounds only
- Final insurances 10% ten percent of the value of the contracted works within ten days from the date of notifying the candidate in writing of the transfer of the pledge to him
- Contract term : as stated in the technical conditions book
- Delay fines : one thousand of the total contract value of the pledge for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed 20% of the contract value
- The duration of the exhibitor's engagement with his offer : ninety days from the date of submission of offers
- The duration of the engagement of the contracted candidate : ninety days from the date of referral of the offer to him
- Payment method : as listed in the financial and legal terms book
