Bids shall be organized

submitted in accordance with the provisions of Articles (19-35) of Law No. /2/ for the year 2022 AD in two sealed envelopes. These two envelopes are placed in a third envelope addressed in the name of the Military Works Administration - Tenders Committee, with the subject of the tender, the specific date for opening the bids, and the chosen country written on it.
The first envelope contains the following:
An application for participation in the tender with the stamps prescribed in the special and legal conditions books affixed to it.
A written statement from the bidder that he has reviewed the general conditions book and the special conditions books (legal - financial - technical) and that he accepts all of the terms and conditions of the
documents stated therein. It is proven that the conditions stipulated in Article 16 of Law 2 of 2022 are met. A
financial receipt for the purchase of the file.
