according to the books of financial, human rights and technical conditions and according to the following
The offer is severable (the bidder can apply for one of the projects without the other, provided that the total area applied to one bidder does not exceed 1025 hectares)
The value of the total estimated statement / 35550000 / for 0 x only Thirty-five million five hundred and fifty thousand Syrian pounds only
Initial insurances 5% of the value of the estimated statement of the project applied to by the bidder
Final insurances 10% of the referral
value The period of the exhibitor's association with his offer: 120 days starting from the day following the end of the submission of bids The duration of the nominated bidder's
association with his offer: 180 days starting from the day following the date of referral of the pledge to him
Implementation period: as stated in the estimated statement and for each project separately
Delay fine: 0.01% one per thousand for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed 20% of the total value of one
project File Price: 30000 L0S
The exhibitor can review the Legal Affairs Department at the Directorate of Technical Services to view the file Bids
