In support of the provisions of the contract system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004, the General Organization of Civil Aviation announces an internal tender for the implementation of the project of feeding the new General Administration Building at the entrance to Damascus International Airport and the buildings of the cargo village with water from the main tanks next to the thermal building at Damascus International Airport, according to the technical, financial and legal terms book, the tender committee will hold its meeting at the eleventh hour of Tuesday, 28/11/2023 at the General Organization of Civil Aviation located in Damascus الن Nejmeh Square
- Temporary insurance: (5%) five percent of the value of the estimated disclosure under a certified check, a guarantee or a deposit in one of the Syrian banks
- Estimated value: [327450000] L.O only three hundred and twenty-seven million and four hundred and fifty thousand Syrian pounds only
- Final insurances: ten percent of the value of the total referral
- Execution period (contract term): (90) days starting from the day after receiving the job site free of obstacles
- Fines for delay: (0,001) one per thousand for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed 20% of the contract value
- The duration of the exhibitor's engagement with his offer : ninety calendar days from the date of presentation of the offer
- The duration of the candidate contractor's engagement with his offer : ninety calendar days from the date of referral
