Final deposits: 10% of the value of the referral and submitted by certified check or bank guarantee to the directorate’s order, a bank transfer, or a deposit with the Ministry of Finance. Delay fine: 01% for each day of delay. Implementation period: 180 days. Evaluation: The bidder must submit a document that classifies a contractor specializing in “buildings” in the “excellent, first, second, or third” categories. Duration of the bidder’s engagement with his offer: Six months from the day following the end of the deadline for submitting bids - Duration of the nominated contractor’s engagement with his offer: Six months from the day following the date of notification of the referral. The offers are submitted to the office of the General Directorate of Antiquities and Museums in Damascus within an envelope containing two envelopes, the first containing the identification papers and initial insurance, and the second containing the financial offer until the end of official working hours on Sunday 10/22/2023.
