The Chairman of the Military Works Administration Tender Committee announces the need of the Ministry of Defense - Military Works Administration to carry out repair work on a three-phase Perkins generating set with a capacity of 30 KVA in Homs Governorate, according to an internal contract on Tender 0 -
Those wishing to carry out the works can view the required documents and obtain the books of technical and special conditions and the table of quantities from the Military Works Department building - the Tenders Committee, as of its date, in exchange for paying their value amounting to a financial stamp of (6,000) SYP - organizes and submits the
offers In accordance with the provisions of Articles (19-35) of Law No. 2 of 2022 AD, in two sealed envelopes, these two envelopes are placed in a third envelope addressed in the name of the Military Works Department - Tenders Committee, with the subject of the tender, the specific date for opening the bids, and the chosen domicile written on it.
The first envelope contains the following:
An application for participation in the tender with the stamps prescribed in the books of special and legal conditions affixed to it
A written declaration from the bidder that he has seen the book of general conditions and books of special conditions (legal - financial - technical) and that he accepts all the terms and conditions of the
documents contained therein It proves the availability of the conditions stipulated in Article /16/ of Law /2/ of 2022 A.D.
