The Governorate of Damascus announces its desire to conduct a public bidding in the sealed envelope for the third time to implement the works of recycling building rubble in the Tadamun area and the rubble of buildings and public facilities in the Industrial Qaboun area
according to the technical specifications and the book of financial and legal conditions organized for this purpose And according to the following
- primary insurance: an amount of /25,000,000/ SP only twenty-five million Syrian pounds, paid according to an official receipt or by virtue of a certified or duly approved check to the order of the Governorate of Damascus - final insurance: 10% of the investment allowance, and if the offer includes more than
one
partner All these partners must submit the temporary and final bonds in their names, under the penalty of their offer being rejected, and their offer must include a statement that they are jointly and jointly liable.
- The period of execution of the undertaking is /730/ calendar days, only seven hundred and thirty calendar days, starting from the day following the date of notifying the nominated investor of the commencement order.
Duration of the bidder’s engagement with his offer: The bidder remains bound by his offer for a period of /180/ days, starting from the day following the end of the deadline for submission of bids
. A day of delay, provided that it does not exceed 2% of the total value of the contract
