The Governor of Tartous announces a tender for the third time to implement topographical survey projects in the governorate for the following population centers
(Zafarana - Khirbet Kasih - Ain Al-Kabira)
on a basic scale (1/1000) according to the books of financial and legal conditions And private technical, and according to the following,
the offer is divisible (the bidder can apply for one project without the other, provided that the total area applied for by one bidder does not exceed 1,025 hectares) The total
estimated statement value / 35,550,000 / for 0 S only thirty-five million five hundred and fifty thousand Syrian pounds, nothing other than the
initial insurance 5% From the value of the estimated statement of the project to which the bidder applies,
the final insurance is 10% of the referral value
The duration of the bidder’s engagement with his offer is 120 days, starting from the day following the end of submission of offers. The
duration of the nominated bidder’s engagement with his offer is 180 days, starting from the day following the date of referral of the pledge to him. The
implementation period as stated in the estimated statement and for each project separately.
The delay fine is 0.01%, one per thousand for each day. Delay, provided that it does not exceed 20% of the total value of one project.
The price of the file is 30,000 SYP.
The bidder can visit the Legal Affairs Department in the Directorate of Technical Services to view the file.
Bids are submitted to the office of the Directorate of Technical Services until the end of the official working hours on Sunday, 10/1/2023
