The offers are in three closed envelopes, and these envelopes are placed in a fourth envelope addressed to the name of the entity specified in the advertisement, and the subject of the request for offers is written on it, sealed to the Contracts and Tenders Committee until two o’clock in the afternoon on Wednesday, dated 6/9/2023 AD. The offers are delivered by hand or sent By secured mail, offers are organized in accordance with the provisions of Article /35/ of Law No. /2/ dated 1/2/2022 regarding contracts of the Ministry of Defense Primary insurances: The initial security deposits are set at an amount of (2,500,000) for 0 y only two million five hundred thousand Syrian pounds, and it is submitted according to a certified check or a bank guarantee issued by one of the accredited Syrian banks, and it is for the order of the Military Medical Services Department with the technical offer, and every offer that did not submit the initial security is rejected Complete.
