Obtaining the books of legal, financial and technical conditions and the schedule of quantities, starting from the day following the date of the first publication of the advertisement, in exchange for payment of their value amounting to /5000/SYP only five thousand Syrian pounds and /100000/SYP only one hundred thousand Syrian pounds. Request to participate in submitting offers . The offers are contained in three sealed envelopes, and these envelopes are placed in a fourth envelope addressed to the name of the entity specified in the advertisement, and on it is written the subject of the request for offers, sealed to the Contracts and Tenders Committee until two o’clock in the afternoon on Sunday, September 24, 2023 AD, and the offers are received by hand or sent.
