As-Suwayda Health Directorate announces a request for offers for the second time using a sealed envelope to supply:

according to the conditions booklet available in the Directorate, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 51 of 2004, which includes the unified contract system. Whoever
wishes to participate must submit his offer to the Directorate’s office within a main envelope containing three envelopes
- The first envelope: contains complete identification papers with a subscription document with the official announcement and initial insurance. A subscription request and a financial receipt for the value of the subscription application fee
. The second envelope: contains the technical offer.
The third envelope: contains the financial offer
Bids will be accepted until the end of official working hours on Monday, October 30, 2023.
Bids will be closed the next day.
Final deposits are 10% of the referral value
. Late fines are one thousand of the contract value for each day of delay
. The price of the file is 25,000 Syrian pounds
. Duration. The bidder's commitment to his offer shall be six months from the day following the closing date, which shall be extended in accordance with the provisions regulating the Contract Law.
The duration of the nominated contractor’s commitment to his offer is 90 days from the date of referral to him
. The guarantee period is one full year from the date of receipt.
