The tender was published by EXCELLENCE AND CREATIVITY AUTHORITY on 08 Aug 2023 for Tenders are invited for Providing Supplies and Laboratory Tools for the Necessity of Training the Students of the Syrian Scientific Olympiad Excellence and creativity authority Subject: announcement of a tender at full speed for the provision of laboratory supplies and tools for the training of students of the Syrian scientific Olympiad The commission for excellence and creativity announces the holding of a tender at full speed for the provision of laboratory supplies and tools for the training of students of the Syrian scientific Olympiad in accordance with the technical, financial and legal conditions and in accordance with the following: - Primary insurances: primary insurances are determined by a lump sum / 2,518,500 / L.X two million five hundred eighteen thousand five hundred Syrian pounds only, only paid by a certified check to the order of the excellence and creativity authority or a bank guarantee issued by accredited banks in the Syrian Arab Republic according to the forms approved by them, and the checks shown are not accepted. - Final insurance: 10%of the contract value - If the offer includes more than one partner, all partners must submit temporary and final insurances on behalf of all of them under penalty of rejection of their offer and their offer includes a statement that they are joint sponsors - Term of execution of the pledge:/30 / days starting from the day following the date of notification of the nominated contractor direct order - The duration of the bidder's engagement with his offer:/ 60 / days starts from the day after the deadline for submitting bids ends and the nominated contractor remains engaged with his offer for a period of /60 / days starting from the day after the nominated contractor notifies in writing the referral of the tender to him - The delay penalty is 0.1% per thousand for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed 20%of the total value of the contract.
