Initial bonds (5%) of the estimated statement value are valid until the bidder's engagement with his offer ends. Final bonds (10%) of the contract value. Delay fines (0.001) of the total contracted value for each day of delay. The bidder's engagement with his offer is (60) days from the date of submission. Offers The term of engagement of the nominated contractor with his offer is (180) days from the day following the date of notification of the referral order to him. All expenses, taxes and fees and all expenses resulting from the contract, including fees for publishing the advertisement and the stamp fee on both copies of the contract, are the responsibility of the contractor.
