The General Organization for Road Transport announces its desire to conduct an internal public tender at full speed for the maintenance and rehabilitation of the route of the Aleppo-Orm-Bab al-Hawa road and the old Idlib road.
Contract duration:/100 / calendar days starting from the day after the delivery of the work site
The tender is conducted in accordance with the unified public entities contracts system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the general conditions Book issued by Legislative Decree No. 450 of 2004, and in accordance with the special technical conditions book and the special legal and financial conditions book ,and the bidder is considered familiar with the project according to the following conditions
Estimated disclosure value: (274.942.400) L.Only two hundred and seventy-four million nine hundred and forty-two thousand four hundred Syrian pounds, nothing more
Initial guarantees: (5%) of the estimated disclosure value is valid until the end of the exhibitor's engagement with the offer
Final insurances: (10 %) of the contract value
Penalties for delay: (0,001) of the total amount contracted for each day of delay
Duration of the bidder's engagement: (60) days from the date of submission of bids
Duration of the nominated contractor's commitment to his offer :(180) days from the day following the date of notification of the referral order
All expenses, taxes, fees and all expenses resulting from the contract, including the fees for publishing the advertisement and the stamp fee on both copies of the contract, are the responsibility of the contractor with tender notice no. 82544 published on 09 Oct 2023.
