insurance (60000000) S.P. Only sixty million Syrian pounds, according to a certified check or a bank guarantee, or paid in cash in the account of the general administration of the bank in one of its branches. The final deposit is
10% of the value of the contract . The candidate submits his offer for six months starting from the day following his written notification of the referral of the request for offers
With regard to the equipment, 50% of the value of the equipment supplied to the work site shall be paid for use in the project subject of the undertaking and in accordance with the schedule stipulated in the contract, provided that it is in accordance with the contracted specifications. The delay fine is 01% one per thousand of the total value of the undertaking for each
day A delay of not more than 20% of the total value of the undertaking.
Duration of the contract. The contract shall be executed within a period of (200) days starting from the day following the date of the contractor’s notification of the order to proceed. The
