Obtaining the legal, financial and technical conditions books and the bill of quantities as of the day following the date of the first publication of the advertisement in exchange for paying its value of / 5000 / L0 only five thousand Syrian pounds only and / 100000 / SYP only one hundred thousand Syrian pounds Request to participate in the tender. Bids shall be submitted in an envelope and placed in a second envelope entitled to the name of the party in need and the subject of the tender shall be written on it and the date of the opening of the bids shall be sealed to the Contracts and Tenders Committee until twelve o'clock in the afternoon on Sunday Date: 8/ 10/2023 AD and offers are received by hand or sent by guaranteed mail. The offers are organized in accordance with the provisions of Article 19 of Law No. 2 dated 1/2/2022 on the contracts of the Ministry of Defense..
