The bidder has the right Submitting the financial offer according to the Prime Minister’s Circular No. 260/15/ dated 11/21/2013 and Communication No.
26/B/15 dated 10/21/2014 in foreign currencies.
Initial deposits /3,597,000/SYP only, submitted under a bank guarantee from an approved bank. In the Syrian Arab Republic or a certified check to the order of the Ministry of Health. The check to the order of the Ministry of Health is not accepted.
Final deposits 10% of the value of the referral.
The fine for delay is one per thousand for each day of delay.
The implementation period is three years.
The price of the file is /50,000/SYP.
The duration of the bidder’s commitment to his offer is six months from the date of the end of submitting bids. As for the nominated bidder, it is /6/ months from the date of referral in accordance with the provisions of Article 25 of Law No. 51 of 2004. Required papers: An envelope of the identification papers stipulated in Law No. 51 of 2004 and a subscription request with a value of / affixed to it
