Obtaining the books of legal, financial and technical conditions and the schedule of quantities, starting from the day following the date of the first publication of the advertisement, in exchange for payment of their value amounting to /5000/SYP only, five thousand Syrian pounds only and /100,000/SYP only one hundred thousand Syrian pounds. Request to participate in the tender. Submission of offers . In two sealed envelopes, they are placed in a third envelope addressed to the name of the party in need, with the subject of the tender written on it and the date of opening the offers, sealed to the Contracts and Tenders Committee until twelve o’clock noon on Tuesday, date: 11/14/2023 AD, and the offers are delivered by hand or sent. By registered mail, bids are organized in accordance with the provisions of Article 19 of Law No. 2 dated 1/2/2022 regarding Ministry of Defense contracts..
