- the offers will be opened on the day following the date of the end of submitting the offers at exactly 10:00 am on Tuesday corresponding to 29/8/2023 AD in the General Administration - the meeting place of the Tenders Committee - temporary insurances
/ 8,750,000/ SP for only eight million, seven hundred and fifty thousand Syrian Pounds, and to attach a cash notice to pay a flat stamp fee in the amount of /50,000/ SP only, fifty thousand Syrian Pounds, nothing more than the temporary guarantee provided
- Final bonds: 10% of the total value of the contract
- Execution period: one Gregorian year starting from the day following the contractor's receipt of the written direct order, renewable for an additional year in case the administration so desires and for a period not exceeding two years after the first year - Duration of the bidder's
engagement with his offer /120/ Only one hundred and twenty days from the date of end of submission of bids - The commitment period of the nominated bidder is /60 /
days only.
