The tender was published by CENTRAL BANK OF SYRIA on 22 Aug 2023 for Tenders are invited for Maintenance of the UPS HDR Brand in the Central Bank of Syria Building in Damascus Central Bank of Syria Announcement The Central Bank of Syria announces for the second time a tender for the maintenance of the UPS device brand HDR in the building of the Central Bank of Syria in Damascus - temporary insurance / 250.000 / SYP only Two hundred and fifty thousand Syrian pounds only Temporary insurances are paid by duly certified check or bank guarantee or bank transfer made on a current account General Administration of the Central Bank of Syria No. 803020001000 open at the Central Bank of Syria - Final insurances10% of the total value of the contract according to the mechanism specified in the special conditions books Article (7) thereof - The duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer: (30) thirty days commencing from the day following the last date for submitting bids, taking into account the provisions of Article 4 of the special conditions books - The period of the nominated contractor's commitment to his offer: (45) Forty-five days commencing from the day following the notification in writing of the referral of the undertaking to him, subject to the provisions of Articles (25 and 32) of Law No. (51) of 2004 - Execution period: The period of implementation shall be determined by one calendar year starting from the day following the date on which the contractor shall be informed of the written commencement order in due course, and the period shall be automatically renewed year by year unless either party expresses its desire to terminate the contract two months before the date of expiry of the contract period, provided that the contractual period does not exceed /3/ years, renewable under a new contract and agreement between the parties..
