The value of the estimated statement: (503.216.600) SP only five hundred and three million two hundred and sixteen thousand six hundred Syrian pounds and nothing more Initial bonds: (5%) of the value of the estimated statement valid until the end of the bidder's engagement with his offer Final bonds: (10%) of the contract value Delay fines: (0.001) of the total contracted value for each day of delay in the bidder's engagement with his offer: (60) Days from the date of submitting offers. Duration of the nominated contractor with his offer: (180) days from the day following the date on which he was notified of the referral order. All expenses, taxes and fees and all expenses resulting from the contract, including the fees for publishing the advertisement and the stamp fee on the two copies of the contract, are the responsibility of the contractor..
