or reduction Starting from the day following the handover of the work site, the tender shall be made in accordance with the Unified Public Entity Contracts System promulgated by Law No. 51 of 2004 AD and the book of general conditions issued by Legislative Decree No. 450 of 2004 AD, and in accordance with the special technical conditions book and the special legal and financial book of conditions, and the bidder is considered informed. On the project file according to the following conditions, the value of the estimated statement: (462,183,000) SP only, four hundred and sixty-two million, one hundred and eighty-three thousand Syrian pounds, and nothing more.
Initial bonds (5%) of the estimated statement value are valid until the bidder's commitment to his offer ends.
Final bonds (10%) of the contract value.
Delay fines: (0.001) of the total contracted value for each day of delay.
Duration of the bidder's engagement with his offer: (60) days from Date of submission of bids
Duration of commitment of the nominated contractor with his offer: (180) days from the day following the date of notification of the referral order
