On the project file according to the following conditions, the value of the estimated statement: (462,183,000) SP only, four hundred and sixty-two million, one hundred and eighty-three thousand Syrian pounds, and nothing more. Initial bonds (5%) of the estimated statement value are valid until the bidder's commitment to his offer ends. Final bonds (10%) of the contract value. Delay fines: (0.001) of the total contracted value for each day of delay. Duration of the bidder's engagement with his offer: (60) days from Date of submission of bids Duration of commitment of the nominated contractor with his offer: (180) days from the day following the date of notification of the referral order to him For road transportation in Damascus, or send by registered mail, provided that it arrives and is registered in the institution’s office in both cases before the end of the official working hours from Sunday, 9/3/2023 AD, located in Al-Hamra Street opposite Parliament, according to what is contained in the book of legal and financial conditions.
