Obtaining the books of legal, financial and technical conditions and the bill of quantities as of the day following the date of the first publication of the advertisement in return for paying its value of / 5000 / SP only five thousand Syrian pounds and / 100000 / SP only one hundred thousand Syrian pounds. - Bids are submitted in three sealed envelopes, and these envelopes are placed in a fourth envelope addressed to the name of the entity specified in the advertisement, and on it is written the subject of the request for offers, sealed to the Contracts and Tenders Committee until two o’clock in the afternoon on Thursday, September 21, 2023 AD, and the offers are received by hand. Or sent by registered mail. Bids are organized in accordance with the provisions of Article 35 of Law No. 2 dated 2/1/2022 regarding Ministry of Defense contracts..
