Those wishing to participate in submitting offers can review the books of legal, financial and technical conditions and the table of quantities in the office of the Contracts and Tenders Committee of the Military Medical Services Administration / Damascus - Barzet Al-Balad - next to Tishreen Military Hospital.
Obtaining the books of legal, financial and technical conditions and the schedule of quantities, starting from the day following the date of the first publication of the advertisement, in exchange for payment of their value amounting to 5,000 SYP only, five thousand Syrian pounds only, and 100,000 SYP only one hundred thousand Syrian pounds. Bids are submitted in three sealed envelopes, and these envelopes are placed in a fourth envelope addressed to the name of the entity specified in the advertisement, and on it is written the subject of the request for bids, sealed to the Contracts and Tenders Committee until two o’clock in the afternoon on Saturday, October 28, 2023 AD, and the bids are delivered by hand or Sent by registered mail.
