According to a request for proposals in accordance with the quantities, technical specifications and contractual conditions that can be obtained at the building of the institution located in the countryside of Damascus - al - Hamama-phone (3233951) fax /3233967 / P.B / 2330 / which can be obtained for the payment of its value of / 25000 / L.O only twenty-five thousand Syrian pounds, not only taking into account the application of Law No. 1 dated 20/3/2023, which includes the amendment of some articles of Legislative Decree No. 44 of 2005 on stamp duty
- Tenders are submitted to the tenders committee according to the following: tenders are submitted within three closed envelopes and these envelopes are placed in a fourth envelope entitled by the name of the entity specified in the announcement and the subject of the request for tenders is written on it, provided that they reach the institution within a maximum period of the end of the official working day from Wednesday, 4/10/2023 and are organized in accordance with the provisions of Article (44) of Resolution No. 13007/ dated 28/11/2022, which includes the procurement and sales work system of the Defense laboratories institution and in accordance with Article /7/of the legal and financial conditions No. 56 dated 31/8/2023 issued by the foundation with tender notice no. 183301 published on 15 Sep 2023.
