Obtaining the books of legal, financial and technical conditions and the bill of quantities as of the day following the date of the first publication of the advertisement in exchange for paying its value of / 5000 / SP only five thousand Syrian pounds and / 100000 / SP only one hundred thousand Syrian pounds, a request for participation in submitting offers. Bids shall be submitted within three closed envelopes, and these envelopes shall be placed in a fourth envelope addressed with the name of the entity specified in the advertisement, and on it shall be written the subject of the request for offers sealed to the Contracts and Tenders Committee until two o’clock in the afternoon on Thursday, dated 24/8/2023 AD, and the offers shall be received by hand or Sent by secured mail. Offers are organized in accordance with the provisions of Article /35/ of Law No. /2/ dated 1/2/2022 regarding contracts of the Ministry of Defense..
