The offers are in three closed envelopes, and these envelopes are placed in a fourth envelope addressed to the name of the entity specified in the advertisement, and the subject of the request for offers is written on it, sealed to the Contracts and Tenders Committee until two o’clock in the afternoon on Sunday, dated 9/17/2023 AD, and the offers are delivered by hand or sent By secured mail.
