B-bids shall be submitted to the contracts and tenders committee within three closed envelopes (technical offer envelope – financial offer envelope – documentation envelope) and shall be placed within a fourth envelope entitled in the name of the Armed Forces signal department and the subject of the request for bids shall be written on it until the Fourteenth hour of Monday, 13/11/2023, and shall be organized in accordance with the provisions of Article/35 /of Law No. 2/ dated 1/3/2022 on contracts of the Ministry of Defense and its amendments. with tender notice no. 183795 published on 31 Oct 2023.
