The tender was published by EXCELLENCE AND CREATIVITY AUTHORITY on 09 Oct 2023 for Tenders are invited for Programmed Manufacturing Laboratory Supplies and Rapid Modeling Excellence and creativity authority Announcing a tender at the total speed for the supply of supplies for the programmed manufacturing laboratory and rapid modeling At the National Center of excellence in Homs Governorate The excellence and creativity Authority announces the holding of a tender at full speed for the supply of supplies for the programmed manufacturing laboratory and rapid modeling at the National Center for excellence in Homs governorate according to the technical, financial and legal terms books and according to the following - Primary insurances: primary insurances are determined by a lump sum / 6,500,000 / L.O six million and five hundred thousand Syrian pounds only, not only paid by a certified check to the order of the excellence and creativity Commission or a bank guarantee issued by accredited banks in the Syrian Arab Republic according to the forms approved by them and do not accept the checks shown - Final insurance: 10%of the contract value -If the offer includes more than one partner, all partners must submit temporary and final insurances on behalf of all of them under penalty of rejection of their offer and their offer includes a statement that they are joint sponsors - The term of execution of the pledge/60 / days starts from the day following the date of notification of the nominated contractor direct order - The period of the bidder's engagement with his offer/60/ days starts from the day after the deadline for submitting bids expires and the nominated contractor remains engaged with his offer for a period of / 60 / days starting from the day after the candidate contractor is notified in writing of the tender referral - The delay penalty is 0.1% per thousand for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed 20%of the total value of the contract - The nominated bidder shall bear all taxes and fees arising from the execution of the contract.
