Tender By Law No. 51 of 2004 and according to the following, the value of the estimated statement is /249,915,000/ SP, the primary insurance is /12,500,000/ SP, and it is submitted by the bidder from his bank account opened with a bank operating in the Syrian Arab Republic, exclusively by submitting a bank guarantee or Certified check or by bank transfer from his account to the account of the General Authority for the Management and Development of Badia. Final deposit: 10% of the transfer value.
The period of engagement of the bidder with his offer is /90/ days, starting from the day following the opening of the bids.
The term of engagement of the nominated contractor with his offer is 90 days, starting from the day following the notification of the nominated contractor in writing of the referral to him.
The offers are submitted to the office of the General Authority for the Management, Development and Protection of the Badia located in Sahnaya - Daraa Highway - in front of the Madar Factory until the
end of the official working hours from Sunday 3/ 9/2023,
and the offers are opened on the next day at eleven in the morning,
and the amount of /40,000/ LBP is collected. A price for the books of conditions to be paid to the central treasury.
The contractors classified in the second and third categories shall submit to the tender.
The contractor shall provide a resident engineer for the project.
